Ten years had passed since Alex and Sarah had seen each other but that chance meeting turned into a long awaited dream. He was now a junior in college and their grammar school wishes had become a reality. Would it last or was it just a night of acting out childhood fantasies?

Their weekend was filled with conversation, laughter and sex but then, it was back to school for Alex. A tear ran down Sarah's cheek a he started his car but their promise to meet the following weekend bolstered her strength as he blew her a kiss and drove away.
Stacy watched the touching scene through the living room window and then went to the kitchen. Wow, she thought, that girl's got it bad!
"So..., what do you think of Alex," asked Sarah as she walked into the kitchen and flopped down on a chair looking rather dejected.
"Well," chuckled Stacy as she tore open two little packets and poured the contents into hot water, "I think ––" But then she turned around and saw tears welling up in her best friend's eyes. "Oh boy," she sighed, "now we're going to get soggy." She put the hot chocolate on the table and started rubbing Sarah's shoulders. "Okay girlfriend, exactly what are you crying about?"

Sarah smiled, giggled, cried and put both hands on her face. A mumbled, "But" escaped her lips between sobs.
