Dear Abby,
I really don’t know what came over me. I just don’t do things like this. I am a happily married woman. I love my husband. We’ve been married for years. He has always been Mr. Right. This just isn’t like me. I need to know whether I should tell my husband or just let it go. The guilt is eating me alive. I have to tell someone, even if it’s an anonymous woman with a newspaper column. Please tell me what to do.
I guess I had better start at the beginning. For once I had the day off, a whole day alone. I work as a medical assistant full time, often over time. With work and family responsibilities having a whole day to me is a rare thing. Anyway I decided instead of catching up on housework or anything I would treat myself to a day. I planned to shop and go out for lunch, have a, me day. Well did I ever, but not really the way I envisioned it.
